#GFSPRINGREFRESH: Electrolyte Lemonade Smoothie Recipe

Try this Liver Cleansing Smoothie for Breakfast:

This smoothie was formulated to help clean the lymph and flush gallbladder and liver.

Electrolyte lemonade   

2-3 whole lemons including pith, no seeds or rind

1 pear or green apple

2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil or coconut oil 

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt 

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and/or tumeric

Honey, maple syrup or stevia to taste (might not even need)

8-12 ounces of water, room temp or warm, under boiling (warm smoothies can be easier to digest and more soothing to our systems)

*water can be replaced with tea of choice, we love Spring Dragon tea
