#GFSpringRefresh: Spring Green Soup

This soup is part of our #GFSpringRefresh, a gentle cleanse designed to support your liver and gallbladder.


Spring Green Soup:
Japanese sweet potato
One onion
One large carrot or a couple small
Two stalks celery
Two cloves garlic
Stock, veggie or chicken
Kale, chard, dandelion, and bok choy

Loose chop and sauté the mix for 5 minutes
Add chopped sweet potato
Add stock
Add greens stems removed, and loosely chopped
Cook for 20 minutes on medium low heat
Blend in vita mix

SALT to taste
Serve with scoop of sheep yogurt  or avocado and splash of olive oil
