This simple salad is part of our #GFSpringRefresh, a gentle cleanse designed to support your liver and gallbladder.

Young Green Salad
Make an easy dressing of lemon, nutritional yeast or sesame seeds, olive oil and apple cider vinegar, Himalayan sea salt
1. young mesclun greens
2. Sprouts: sunflower, radish, broccoli, kale, Bok choy etc
3. Half an avocado
4. Sprinkle of Sheep or goat feta
5. Hearty tablespoon of sauerkraut
6. Low acid tomatoes if in season
