Based in San Diego, California, she has 1000+ hours teaching and studying movement inspired by Yoga, Pilates, and even a little Chinese medicine. She specializes in incorporating self-massage techniques into her classroom using therapy balls to ease tension, reduce pain, and relax the nervous system. Her teaching style is playful, accessible, and a little goofy. Michelle loves hanging out with her dog, her husband, and having dance parties in her living room.
