Returns

Get to know us!   To give you a hassle-free way to try Ghost Flower, we are offering free returns through October 31st, 2018*.  (After Oct 31, all returns will incur a $9 restocking fee).

TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Please email RETURNS@GHOSTFLOWER.COM with your name, order number and items you are returning.  Once your return is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.

  • Use the packaging included in your original purchase to return your item(s). Contact customercare@ghostflower.com with any issues or questions.
  • All unworn, unused garments, accompanied by the original packing slip, can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.
  • SALE items are final sale.
  • At the moment, we do NOT offer exchanges.  Please return the item as outlined in our returns procedure and order your desired items using the normal order process.
  • All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at our GHOST FLOWER facility.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags are must be attached.  If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed.
  • Once our quality control team has approved your returned items, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Please note we do charge a $9 restocking fee per order. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received.  Please allow an additional 5 - 10 business days for your payment provider to process funds back to your original form of payment.
  • In the case that we identify an improper return pattern via electronic analysis, Ghost Flower maintains the right to disallow or limit future transactions with involved clients.
*Ghost Flower reserves the right to charge a return processing fee for customers who return more than 10 items before Oct 31st.
