    Thank you for visiting Ghost Flower!  Our shipping policies are as follows:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PST will be processed the same day, and leave our warehouse facility within 2-3 business days
  • Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • We do not currently offer Saturday shipping.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States over $50.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
  • At this time we are not able to offer international shipping.
  • Orders are processed pending item availability, and credit card verification. GHOST FLOWER will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
  • Shipping confirmations will be updated within 36-48 hours.
  • GHOST FLOWER does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:
    • New Years Day
    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
    • President’s Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Day after Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Day after Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
    • Christmas Eve
    • New Year’s Eve
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates on orders.
  • All orders ship with delivery confirmations, which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the shipper.
  • An email confirmation will go out once your order has shipped that contains your tracking number.  You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account, and clicking “Order Details.”
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
  • At the present time, GHOST FLOWER is not able to offer shipping on PO BOXES, APOS, & FPOS
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please email us at as soon as possible.  We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility.  Unfortunately we cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.  Should you happen to lose a package, please reachout to us at with your name and order number, and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
